🛍️ How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple:
- Choose your product: Pick the magnet style that suits your needs.
- Upload your photo(s): Use our upload tool to add your image(s).
- Crop your photo (optional): You can crop your photo during upload if you like. If you leave it uncropped, we’ll do it for you — we always crop from the centre to fill the magnet space.
- Add personalisation: Include names, dates, or a "Tap to Open" link (if the product allows it).
- Select size and quantity: Choose the size and number of magnets you’d like.
- Review and add to cart: Double check the details and head to checkout.
🕒 How long will my order take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days within the UK. International delivery times may vary based on your location.
🖼️ Do I have to crop my photo?
No — cropping is optional. You’re welcome to crop your photo during upload, but if you skip that step, we’ll crop it for you. We always crop from the centre so the photo fills the magnet space.
Note: If you're ordering a square magnet or a Save the Date with a square photo layout, your image will be cropped to fit the square format.
↕️ Will my magnet be portrait or landscape?
It depends on your photo. If you upload a portrait photo, your magnet will be portrait. If you upload a landscape photo, your magnet will be landscape.
📐 What sizes are available?
We offer both square and rectangular magnets:
- Square: 5 × 5 cm, 7 × 7 cm, 10 × 10 cm
- Rectangular: 5 × 7 cm, 7 × 10 cm, 10 × 14 cm
✉️ Do the Save the Dates fit in standard envelopes?
Yes — our rectangular Save the Date magnets are designed to fit standard UK envelope sizes:
- 7 × 10 cm magnets fit in C7 envelopes (11.4 × 8.1 cm)
- 10 × 14 cm magnets fit in C6 envelopes (11.4 × 16.2 cm)
We recommend these sizes if you’re sourcing your own envelopes. Please note: we don’t currently offer envelopes, but our magnets are sized with posting in mind.
✏️ Can I add text or links?
Absolutely. Depending on the product, you can include personalised text such as names, dates, or a "Tap to Open" link.
📱 Does 'Tap to Open' work on all phones?
'Tap to Open' works with most modern smartphones (Android and iPhone). Some older models or phones with certain cases may not detect the NFC tag easily. The magnet must also be held in hand or on a non-metallic surface — it may not work properly when attached to a fridge.
